How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your property, make an offer, and communicate about a possible sale. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and texts. If you give consent on our form, we may call or text you, including by automated means, about your property. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Sharing. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (form, email and hosting providers), with closing attorneys, title companies, notaries and movers involved in a transaction, with a buyer to whom we assign a contract (only as needed for that transaction), or when required by law.
